Return & Exchange Policies
All returns and exchanges are subject to our policy below
Returns:

There is a 20% restocking fee on all item returns. You can return unused item(s) within 30 days of ship date for a
refund.

Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will only be eligible for an exchange of the same item.

Returned product must be in new and unused condition. Products that do not meet this standard will not be refunded
or shipped back to you.

The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and taxes if applicable.

We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer
tracking information; however, international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued
against the original payment method used on the original order or payed by the form of check.

Please note the reason(s) for the return inside the package along with your original Yahoo Order ID number, name,
address and email address that was used while checking out. Please privide the PayPal transaction ID if PayPal was
used as the form of payment.

Please allow 10 business days after receipt for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear
on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please contact us at
Admin@JGCParts.com for further
assistance.


Note: Refund amount will be made to the original form of payment. We will not refund to match promotional discounts
or coupon codes, as they do not apply to previous purchases.






Exchanges:

Please contact us for all exchange requests by sending an email titled: "Exchange Request" to
